Margret attended the EPIC (Equal Pay International Coalition) technical meeting and gives an update. During the two day meeting the discussion focused on persistent gender pay gap, the pension gaps and strategies for pay transparency. During her short remarks during the meeting Margret emphasized that we have to tools to drive the equal down to zero - yesterday!
